xGeneral Shipping policy :-
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Cash On Delivery:-
Cash On Delivery is available at all* locations Pan India for all order under Rs. 999.
Please note that COD is currently not available for orders with Free Delivery (upwards of 999).
Please do also note that COD is available subject to an additional Rs 50 + 18% GST (Rs 59) charge imposed by the shipping provider directly.
We recommend you make all your payments using digital channels.
All our orders are shipped through Delivery (domestic) and India Post (international). Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the shipping prices. The prices calculated at the end are at actual and no amount/royalty is paid back to us. Shipping fee depends upon the type of good, its expiry, speed of shipping, its weight, its size, if it needs refrigeration, etc and hence varies from time to time.
Delivery charges INR 50 + GST (INR 59) for all domestic Cash on Delivery orders. This fee is not controlled by us and must be paid by the customer.
Your order might be delayed at times due to a range of factors which are not really in our control including but not limited to pandemics, riots, protests, road blockades, strikes, delay in transport, floods, fires, etc.
In case your order is delayed, and you wish to cancel, kindly drop us an email, and after investigation, we'll refund full amount within 7 working days.
Returns Policy :
POORNA is committed to customer satisfaction. The products we sell are categorized as FOOD PRODUCTS and hence we don't accept any RETURNS once the products are bought. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality, you can send us a message and post-inspection, would be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund. If the packaging is damaged during shipping, kindly reject the parcel and send us a mail about it. We will send a new product to your address on the same business day.
