Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

At punespice.com and poorna.shop, both owned, managed, and registered under PUNE SPICE MILL PRIVATE LIMITED, we sell only food articles and food items under the brand name POORNA BY PSM. Given the perishable and consumable nature of these goods, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased. All sales are considered final. We do not offer any refunds under normal circumstances.

Replacements for Damaged or Unconsumable Goods
However, if you receive damaged, spoiled, expired, or otherwise unconsumable goods, we are happy to provide a replacement, subject to verification. To initiate the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Unboxing Video: Record a video while unboxing the product.
  2. Product Images: Take clear photos of the damaged goods.
  3. Batch Code: Include an image of the batch code printed on the product.

Email all the above materials to us, and we will review them. If the claim is valid, we will issue a replacement. Please note that a full refund will not be possible under any circumstances, and we cannot accept the return of the product. Due to the nature of the goods, once the product has been shipped, it cannot be taken back.

Product Disposal
If you suspect that the product is damaged or unconsumable, please discard it safely and do not consume or give it away to anyone.

Shipping Damage
In case of damage to the shipping box, bag, or container due to shipping errors, please send us a photo or video on our WhatsApp and/or email, and we will prioritize the issue with the shipping partner. If the outer box is damaged but the products inside are unexposed to the outside environment, they are considered safe for consumption.

In cases of total loss or damage to the shipping box and the products inside, please provide an unboxing video or photo proof. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue, arrange pickup and verification of the damaged goods, and provide a replacement.

By placing an order on punespice.com or poorna.shop, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.
