Order Processing
We process orders within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors related to the shipping provider, and we are not responsible for such delays. The customer is responsible for coordinating with the shipping provider and addressing any issues directly with the provider's customer support if delivery attempts are not made.

Shipping fees are calculated and charged directly to the customer by Shiprocket. The company does not have any stake or control over shipping charges, and all shipping fee proceeds go directly to the respective shipping partner.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under INR 2999 within India. An additional fee of INR 69 (includive of 18% GST) is charged by the shipping provider for COD collection and order verification. The company does not control this fee, and the proceeds go to the shipping provider. If COD is unavailable for your location after placing the order, we will provide a payment link to convert your order to prepaid (excluding the COD fee) before shipping the package.

Shipping Time
Please note that all our shipments are routed through Shiprocket, and you'll find accurate shipping times during checkout after you have entered your address with pincode. Still, please find the standard shipping times below;
1. For Domestic - Shipping Time is 3 to 5 business days.
2. For International - Shipping Time is 7 to 12 business days.

Pick-Up at store
We allow customers to pickup their orders which are usually ready within 24hrs to collect the same from our shop location. Please note that you can only collect the orders yourself, on selecting this, we will not ship the products to your location. You are however, free to assign a Dunzo or Porter or Genie pickup from our location at your own cost. You need to make full payment during ordering.
